This quote proved to be an accurate reflection of the actual costs involved. Throughout the process we found all the staff at Phillips to be friendly, approachable and professional in their dealings with us. They did what they said they would do. They kept us updated at every stage of the process by telephone or email. Our enquiries were dealt with promptly and professionally and we were given information in lay terms where needed to help inform our decision making process. We found this support invaluable.
